I remember you PV

Album: F.I.R - Flight Tribe

Next week i got 3 tests in a row, then....holiday~ The books for next sem arrived so i might have to spend my holidays cramming those books. Can't afford to fail the test. But then not really putting any effort haha.....slacking around doing nothing. Watched alot of new pvs though, gotta meantion about YUI's haha, well it's true that this song is based on Kaoru's thought afterall, with the sceneries, Kaoru-ish facial expression, same director who filmed Taiyou no Uta. She looked slimmer in this PV, guess too stressed out or something, wish i can lose some as well haha.

Her famous 'constipated' expression. It's her trademark.

For your information, the guitar she used in the PV is the same model the one i used as my avatar. You can see 'YUI' was carved to the fretboard. Fender really knows how to treat her well =x

Jay Chou's new PV looks great, collabo with 费玉清, a veteran singer. Cool duet. Justin Timberlake's PV kinda weird though, guess he's totally out of boyband-ish image anymore.

Better get some sleep now. Ciao~

Anime

Album: Depapepe - Passion of Graduation

Depapepe is a japanese acoustic guitar duo, obviously their songs are all musical, this album is their first indies album, which turned out to be my fave album of them. Contains 6 tracks, love 'Gekijou Melancholic' to death~ Try to listen it if you like acoustic guitar music.

Anyway, transfering some stuff to my newly bought 2 GB kingston pendrive, so i thought of writing something here. Anime...i liked manga more than anime actually, usually i won't watch manga adapted anime (those popular titles) because it's too long, sometimes one fighting scene will eat up one episode, where as in mangas you can just flipped it through in like....1 min??? Currently here's what i'm watching:

1. Bleach - Rukia san~ still waiting for the bound side story thing to end, although it's quite interesting, just that i can't wait how the rest of the actual stories unfolds.

2. School Rumble 2nd Semester - This sequel is better than the part 1, less bizzare storyline, and it's getting better and funnier after the lousy ending of part one.

3. Azumanga Daioh - I like the drawing of this anime, simple yet nice. Great characters, chiyo's 'bun' was so cute~

4. Ouran High School Host Club - Yea i know it's another high school drama, can't help it since i have to watch according to my roommate's taste so i figure she might like this. Quite funny though, just a bit pointless at some time.

5. Planetes - Still stuck in first episode, liked it anyway. The future world seems very interesting, and the space ship and stuff looked believable to me. The characters were just like normal folks so if you like fantasy flick avoid this.

Going to watch: Fate-stay night, Welcome to NHK, the first episodes looked interesting, or maybe i'll finish those i stopped halfway...beck, GITS, cowboy bebop.

Went to Sentosa Medical Center in our town, found out some terrible news. Btw, the building it's just like a department store with different clinics under the roof, forgive my ignorance, this was actually the first time i been to these places, so used to clinics and government hospitals. Got underground parking so it's quite convenient, just that the lifts and stairs kinda placed at those awkward places....Don't know whether i got French test in Monday or not.....if yes i'm doomed, missed my last class some more. Got another small test at Tuesday as well, can't go Kinokuniya and Japan Foundation Library anymore.....Monday i'll ask Ong sensei about JLPT for sure....need to speak out lol....and be more commited in my university's studies =X

PS: Cut my hair today as well.

I remember you

Album: Rie fu - Rie fu

Dear YUI is going to release a new single again~ On 20th Sept. This time comes with 2 different edition (it's a first time for her), on the left is limited and the one at the right is normal version. The guitar case looks sexy lol, mine just a bag. It's a rare sight since she's wearing skirt =P Anyway, i've listened to the preview (2:52 mins long) more than 20 times, can't wait to see the PV of this song. It's been a while since i'm so addicted to a song from my fave artist. The last time i think it's Ayumi-san, when she released her 'Dearest' single. Don't know how many times i looped the song......and the single haven't released yet. There's rumours this song is the based on Kouji's (Taiyou no Uta movie, well if you knew this movie, it's our dear YUI's first ever movie) thought, after read the lyrics i think that it's true as well, all the surf board, summer, the sun taught us a lesson bla bla bla. Loved it the first time i heard it, especially the chorus part, you can feel the sorrow of Kouji (if the rumours is true) after Kaoru's *no spoilers*.

Speaking of Taiyou no Uta, just watched the 5th episode of the drama version. It's gettin more and interesting, here comes the 'musician' side of Kouji. Can wait for how the band thingy turns out to be in the next episode, hope the raw torrent comes out this week hee....

Lately i've been using alot of free software, this week i discovered openoffice.org. Kinda ashamed that my computer doesn't have micosoft office so i decided to try it out this. Well for me it's about the same, i just used the Ooo writer (equivalent to microsoft word), not really extreme user of these program so i think Ooo is enough for me. It's free btw. Other free software i prefer over those overrated ones are foxit reader (to read pdf file), mozilla firefox (internet browser), AVG antivirus and Vlc player perhaps. I should stop these 'not-so-pro' geek talk, try it out if you're sick of your default program. It's not that you're satisfied with the ones you have, it's just that you don't realise there're better ones out there.

Think i'm gonna take JLPT's level 3. It's not that i'm try to prove something, just hope that i can motivate myself to study harder for this exam. With the current speed, don't think i'll achieve anything in the end semester. Through this, at least i'll force myself to prepare myself more and improve my nihongo, for the sake of my pride lol. First thing is, buy all the related books and get myself a dictionary.....

Convocation

Album: NIRGILIS - BOY

(This is going to be my last attempt to write this post, tried 4 times now, freaking com kept hang at the bad time, have to rewrite all over again.....virus???)

One of my fave j-album now. This quartet's latest album accompanies me everytime i walk to school, starts off with an upbeat tempo opening, niji (rainbow). I always liked albums starts with great opening, kinda determine how good an album overall. This album has a great opener as well, a great one to start of my day. Actually i kinda forgot how steep the 'slope of dead' is, the distance to Alam Bina Auditorium seems shorter everytime this album is in my X5L's playlist =D Loved the drum parts in '24 searchlight'~

It's convo week, i had to help around at pbum's vege stall, selling herbal tea. Not really having fun doing it since it took away my free time and i had to come back and help at yesterday (saturday). Why i joined this if this thing was such a pain in the @ss at the first place??? Probably my relatives and friends kept asking me to join since i'm such a low profile person. However, it's not my nature to participate and take parts in different kinds of activities, i just think that it's plain waste of time and rather stayed in the room reading or sleeping . Well the good thing joining this vege stall is, FREE FOOD. Nah just joking. You get to expand your social circle and met lots of people from different faculty. I got the chance to talk with a girl studying bioengineering (my 1st choice if i got 4.0, if....), and met alot of girls from medical faculty. Kinda interesting, just the process wasted alot of time. Now i wonder whether i should join another similar activity but it's musical oriented, it'll be held on January, a big musical event actually. I've been selected as one of the AJKs (don't know which dept.). I planned to take Level 3 of JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) in the end of the year so i'm not sure whether i got the time to make such a commitment since there will be never ending meetings, practicing, lots of things to be done. Plus, first years should take Level 4 not 3, highest level is 1. I just wanna see how far my language skill is, and save 50 bucks perhaps =x. So it means more time spending on studies not activities, if fail it would be pretty embarrasing (berlagak pandai nak lompat satu tahap). Need to ask opinions from my sensei first.

PS: Thanks to シム イ-さん、ジェさん、クリスさん、フアン ティンさん、リウォンさん、リーさん、ズーさん、カウェンさん、メロティさん for celebrating my 19th birthday, though i don't eat cake (white phobia), thanks for the cake anyway, think it's my first time ever blown candles. Really appreciated it. Sorry if i make any katakana error =x
