Drama vs Movie

Album: Undergraph - Subarashiki nichijyou (素晴らしき日常)

There's always a debate whether the drama version or movie version is better from a particular title. For me, if it's a japanese title, most of the time i prefer the drama version. Latest ones such as Deep Love, Densha Otoko (電車男), or Crying out, in the Center of the World (世界の中心で、愛をさけぶ). The drama version had the length advantage since it's longer, however for me it's not the reason i prefer drama version over movie, it's the cinematography and the way it shot. Sometimes i think the pace of the eiga (movie) even slower than dorama (drama). Eiga are more artistic in way that normal folk like me can't appreciate it's value, i always wonder, when they're going to talk???, stop staring at each other!! The scenes sometimes changes abruptly, and the theme songs only played during the ending credits. Now i really sounded that i hate eiga. I'll still watch it as long as my fave actors are in it, just no horror please. Well doramas also have it's own pros and cons as well. Just want to point out that if there's eiga and dorama version, 90% i'll choose dorama. Why? Because they'll play the theme song until you get sick of it, there's more up close shots, because i love dorama~

PS: Just watched Dragon Tiger Gate (lol what a retarded translation) yesterday, i have to admit Donnie Yen was quite hot despite it's age, and Nicholes Tse sure can kick @sses with his 'kicking skills'. CG's can be quite fake at times (blame pirates of C) and the storyline was typical, revenge stuff with a powerful boss. Watch it if you wanna see some nice action flick, with plenty of cool fighting scenes. Kinda sad cos the females in the drama not leng enough.....
